Dear Actor / Parent / Guardian,

When Creating or adjusting or finding Costumes, you will need some basic body measurements. Please take and record the measurements indicated on the image.

Preferably in inches to the closest half inch. Measurement in centimeters is acceptable if that’s the only tape measure you have.

We are all human shaped and very different, so please feel free to be truthful. We promise not to share any measurements submitted. Accurate measurements allow for appropriate fitting costumes that feel good onstage… (and that look good for the “Character”.)
